Palace Graphical Chat
There are many Palaces worldwide also German, Swiss and Austrian Palaces.
A Palace is a graphical virtual chat environment, featuring
2d rooms and custom avatars, music and games.For the full Palace graphical chat world you have to download first
the free Palace Client program and install on your computer.
The Palace Client program works like a Stargate to visit our virtual worlds.

For the full 'Palace Graphical Chat' environment, you must download and install first the computer program named 'Palace Client' on your computer.

Registration codes for clients and servers at thePalace.com. Client Registration Code is used to visit Palaces. Server Registration Code is only needed if you run your own Palace.

The Palace Graphical Chat and TTS Engines
Download first the Text-To-Speach plugin.
This works only for the Windows Client.
Right click on the file Txt2Speech.dll
to save it in the folder:
../Communities.com/ThePalace/Plugins/Startup. See also Txt2Speech.txt.
This plugin came from Havendam Software, now offline since a long time.
But this plugin worked in Windows 95, 2000, XP and Vista.
If it does not work directly you have to download and install
the Sapi4
or Sapi5 from Nextup.com, MASH
or Microsoft
Agent.
Then select your language TTS engines for voices
via downloads from Nextup.com, MASH or Microsoft Agent.
You can hear all the texts in english or in your mother's language.
