Summer and winter time for the Middle East

Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Pakistan use always standard time,
now also Egypt. Israel and Iran use summer and winter time.

In Israel DST starts on 29 March 2013, 02:00 local standard time.
In Israel DST ends on 6 October 2013, 02:00 local daylight time.

In Iran DST starts on 22 March 2013, 00:00 local standard time.
In Iran DST ends on 22 September 2013, 00:00 local daylight time.

UT + 2 for Egypte with always standard time in 2013.

UT + 3 for Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria for summer time
(all these countries use summer and winter time at different times).

UT + 3 for Iraq, Kuwait, Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen for standard time
(these countries use always standard time).

UT+ 4 for Oman and United Arab Emirates for standard time
(both countries use always standard time).
